Hi, today we are discussing what social media is and what role they playing in our life. Social media is basically a platform or a network to connect with people and it enables users to build and share contents. Now today its a time of digitizing with a passage of time and improvements in technology social media popularity and usage is increasing according to (Statista) report the estimated users was 2.95 billion in 2019 and projected to increase to almost 3.43 billion in 2023.



Social Media helps users to build their business on social media by crating business pages on social media and add a products or services. Social media didn't charge for it but if you want to promote your business on social media and want to get more traffic then social media helps to promote your business and social media platform will charge for it according to package.


Social Media continuously increasing its performances and new features to provide users more access. Social media entered in marketing which have got a more popularity than traditional marketing and social media marketing got an unexpected results. Social media marketing helps to build a brand and connect with target audience and it also helps to increase sales and traffic on your content. Social media marketing has a measurable results and it is cheaper than the traditional marketing. Social Media added monetization services on their platform. Social media helps creators to earn money by applying advertisements on their content. If a content creator have a good traffic on their contents then social media applies Ads on their content and content creator earns money on the advertisements. The money which he or she earns will be on traffic based how many users watched their contents and how many clicked on the ads. Social media still working to enhance the features and growing very fast.

Perfect Dinner

PERFECT DINNER

Dinner is a meal which has more importance than breakfast and lunch. Breakfast also has importance but dinner is consider as a main meal of the day. The word dinner comes from the old french "disner".
Firstly we should to understand is the dinner is important for us and the answer is yes because it is the main meal of the day and it charges you.
Secondly we should to understand what is the perfect time of  dinner. According to the science and doctors we must have to eat dinner from 7 pm to 8 pm max because your stomach needs at least 3 to 4 hours to digest it before going to bed or rest. If you eat dinner at late night and some hangouts with friends on dinner party it will disturbs your body routine and the result is you will face digestion problems and the food will make fat inside your body.
Third and the most important point is what to eat.... I am writing this blog for the purpose of loss weight according to the goal. You need to take chicken breast boiled / fish.... with black pepper and lemon only. Please not that you have no permission to use salt and spices the reason behind is salt stores water in your body and spices makes difficulties and take time to digest it. Chicken breast and fish is a good source of protein with no fat. I recommend this dinner to my fellows but they failed to apply in our life. I am just saying apply this dinner in your life and check results when you will get some results you will like this dinner and hate others. Please note that you can take a cup of black coffee and green tea with milk and sugars which helps us to fasten our digest system and also helps to reduce weight. You can also use a glass of lemon water without sugar.

A healthy lunch

Lunch is a meal which is eaten in the middle of the day. Normally people takes lunch lighter than dinner....is it right? The answer is no because lunch is  a meal which supports you in the middle of the day and it helps to recharge you for the purpose of working or learning.
The lunch should be lighter than breakfast. The purpose of lunch should be to support you and remove little bit hunger and the best lunch is to consume veggies and fruits salads but be careful you should to manage your carbohydrates which includes in your fruits don't use bananas, pineapple, grapes, mangoes....you can use apples, guava, papaya, cherry, pomegranate, figs, strawberry and you can also use chickpeas and corns in the salads.


Chickpeas is a good source of protein. Chickpeas is rich in protein, Iron, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium and Dietary fibers. Chickpeas helps us to improve the level of digestion, aiding weight management, and reducing the risk of several diseases. Every foods which God gift us is good for us but the quantity of consuming these foods is very important. God gave us milk but we are continuously changing into yogurt and cheese which is not good. God gave us water and we are changing into colas.
With lunch you must have to drink a glass of lemon water and you can also add mint in the water which helps in digestion and it is also good for skin. Lemon water promotes in hydration and it is a good source of protein. Lemon helps us to loss weight and it freshens your breath.

Before going to the diet plan firstly we should to understand what actually diet is.....It doesn't mean to stop eating all food. It means design your food according to your goal and your physique. There are two types of Diet the one is for weight loss and the other is for medical reasons. Diet plans need a perfect time table to achieve. The most important is you should to wake up early in the morning and the other is you must need to promise to yourself that you will strictly follow the diet plan for the rest of your goal. If you want success in achieving your goal you must control on your self you will have no permission even to taste any other food in this time period. I hope you will understand what i am trying to say.....OK lets take a look on the beginning of the day first you need to wake up early in the morning it shouldn't depend on your working days or holidays even in holidays you must need to wake up early in the morning.

Breakfast
In Breakfast you have to take 4 egg boiled whites with black pepper only no salt i am saying again no salt only black pepper with a cup of black coffee and green tea without sugar. You can add two lemons in green tea after an hour you can drink a glass of fresh juice it may be a apple / grapefruit / orange juice.

Lunch
In the Lunch you can use a bowl of fruits and veggies salad. If you want to eat fruit you can consume all fruits except banana, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, mango. The fruits are normally rich in carbohydrates if you consume guava and papaya it is well good because guava and papaya helps to digest and clean your stomach. After the lunch meal you will have to take a glass of water with one lemon.



Dinner
Dinner is the last meal of the day.  You should to understand one thing that dinner time should be 
7 pm to 8 pm max because after the dinner your stomach needs time to digest it at least 3 to 4 hrs. Normally in Asia people loves to have a dinner at late night after that they go to bed it is not right. In dinner you have to eat a skinless chicken breast boiled not steamed.... Only boiled because skinless chicken breast contains 3.6 grams of fat in 100 Grams if you boiled it goes to only 0.8 grams. The important point is you have to consume it without salt .... You can use black pepper , whiter pepper and lemon juice on skinless chicken breast. You have a option you can also use boiled fish instead of skinless chicken breast. After that you must need to take one cup of black coffee and one cup of green tea..



I mentioned that salt and spices  not allowed in this diet plan because salt stores water in your body and spices takes time to digest the food. Water which you normally drinks in the whole day must be on normal room temperature it should't be cold. I guarantee you if you apply this diet plan in your daily routine. I assure you that you will get fasten results and then you will enjoy this diet plan.

A healthy breakfast

A breakfast plays an important role in your health. Without breakfast you will face many difficulties in your activities like working, learning, playing....Breakfast is normally known as the first meal of the day. If  you take good breakfast in the beginning of the day you will enjoy your whole day and you will feel charged and active.

The selection of the food for breakfast and the time of consuming is very important. It doesn't mean you wake up at 12 pm or 1 pm and you will say where is me breakfast...It means you missed your breakfast. Wake up early in the morning and eating breakfast at their time from 7-9 am max is good. In Asia people consumed very heavy breakfast and then the result is the whole day they feel heaviness. The important is do you have any goal to reduce weight or balance your weight. Healthy breakfast means to consume breakfast oil free / fat free like you can eat broiled egg whites with black pepper , use brawn bread instead of white bread and skin less sausage.....Jam and butter bread you can use if you want to balance your diet. Fresh juices are very good in breakfast i like apple and grapefruit juice in morning with 4 egg whites and after an hour i normally like to have a cup of black coffee without sugar.

Black coffee once in the morning is very important for us because black coffee reduces the inflammation level of the body and it contains  vitamin B2, B3, B5....Maganese, Potasium and Magnesium. It plays an important role to reduce the risk of diabetes it means it is good for diabetic patients. Black coffee also helps us to boost our memory in recent researches it is proved that every successful business mans and students love to have a cup of black coffee in the morning. It also helps to improve the performance of workouts. It is beneficial for lives and it helps to reduce weight because it cleans your stomach and the important is it helps to reduce the risks of cancer.

Science proved that one egg in a day should be consumed by every single person but i am only writing this for the purpose of reduce weight. A whole egg contains 71 calories and only egg white contains 16 calories. Egg yolk contains 5 grams of fat and egg white contains 0 gram of fat. Egg yolk contains 211 mg cholesterol and egg white contains 0 gram of cholesterol. That's why i like to have a 4 egg whites in breakfast.

How diet works

Hi, In this blog i am going to tell you about the working and the functions of diet to reduce weight. Diet doesn't mean to stop eating. Firstly we need to understand what diet actually is. Now these days every women and men are saying we are on diet. After 2 month they looks same as before. Diet means to eat according to the requirement of the body metabolism and stomach. It is important how much your stomach works you eat too much foods some portion your stomach digest and the remaining food becomes fat.

I am not telling you to make your food portion small than before as others. Eat healthy foods learn before consuming foods. Its a time of technology you can see the benefits and disadvantages of any food online. What is good for breakfast , for lunch, for dinner. Everything is not made to use in any time. Some foods are designed for breakfast only and some for dinner.



Only food is not life. Its true that food plays an important role to enjoy healthy life. When i started diet and  got results i enjoyed the food which i used in my diet as you can see my previous blog i loss almost 25 kg because of diet and workout. I will share what i used in my diet in my next blog.

Fat to Fit Transformation

A Journey to change my life from FAT to FIT.....................
Hi, its me shahmeer a person who spend his whole life in enjoying food exactly its not. I ate unhealthy food in my whole life. I didn't like to take pictures of myself because i didn't like because of my extra fat. The shape of my face totally changed. I have faced many issues in clothing the issue of size. My life become colorless. I only wear black and dark colors to look smart. My mother insisted me every time but i didn't took it seriously to loss weight but i tried many times but failed because my mother cooks very delicious foods in daily life i can't controlled on my self. My weight continuously increased unstoppable. Actually I was a big fond of to eat delicious foods but unhealthy. I ate many pizzas, burgers, zingers, cheese. My weight touched 105 kg and my height is 5 feet. According to my height the weight was too much. Unfortunately my mother passed away due to cancer in 2018 October. I have no sister so my Dad decided and said to me you should to get married to change the environment of home so i loss weight 6 kg before my marriage and after that i gained 10 kg.

My Dad asked me to loss weight so i decided to do it unstoppable and then i got membership in Gold Spa and fitness club. In this club the services are Gym, Swimming, Suana, Steam, and Spa. I promised myself and work hard from the first day of gym. I captured this picture and i calculated my weight....which was 105 kg almost. I hired personal trainer and i paid 1300$ for just 3 months. I think the value of money which i paid motivate me to don't waste money and get results. I planned my diet plan and workout of 3 hrs in a day ......7 days in a week. After 3 months my weight was 105 to 89 kg.


Here is the result which i got after 3 months. The first thing which i want to share with you its not much easy as you think. You must need to do extremely hard work its easy to gain weight but its not easy to loss it. I done and currently doing 3 hrs of workout with extremely hard diet. There are a lot of videos and tips you can see on internet all these are fake because these are uploaded just to earn money. So after 3 months my membership was expired i thought what to do so i decided to renew it and continue for the rest of my life and then i renewed my membership and the very next day i got injured and i freezed my 1 month of the gym. I decided to continue my diet and then i loss another 5kg of weight in home by diet after that i continue my workout again and i spend another 1.5 months in gym now my weight is 80kg from 105kg and the result is this.


The last thing which i want to tell you i learned a lot how to do, when to do, what to do.
