A healthy breakfast

A breakfast plays an important role in your health. Without breakfast you will face many difficulties in your activities like working, learning, playing....Breakfast is normally known as the first meal of the day. If  you take good breakfast in the beginning of the day you will enjoy your whole day and you will feel charged and active.

The selection of the food for breakfast and the time of consuming is very important. It doesn't mean you wake up at 12 pm or 1 pm and you will say where is me breakfast...It means you missed your breakfast. Wake up early in the morning and eating breakfast at their time from 7-9 am max is good. In Asia people consumed very heavy breakfast and then the result is the whole day they feel heaviness. The important is do you have any goal to reduce weight or balance your weight. Healthy breakfast means to consume breakfast oil free / fat free like you can eat broiled egg whites with black pepper , use brawn bread instead of white bread and skin less sausage.....Jam and butter bread you can use if you want to balance your diet. Fresh juices are very good in breakfast i like apple and grapefruit juice in morning with 4 egg whites and after an hour i normally like to have a cup of black coffee without sugar.

Black coffee once in the morning is very important for us because black coffee reduces the inflammation level of the body and it contains  vitamin B2, B3, B5....Maganese, Potasium and Magnesium. It plays an important role to reduce the risk of diabetes it means it is good for diabetic patients. Black coffee also helps us to boost our memory in recent researches it is proved that every successful business mans and students love to have a cup of black coffee in the morning. It also helps to improve the performance of workouts. It is beneficial for lives and it helps to reduce weight because it cleans your stomach and the important is it helps to reduce the risks of cancer.

Science proved that one egg in a day should be consumed by every single person but i am only writing this for the purpose of reduce weight. A whole egg contains 71 calories and only egg white contains 16 calories. Egg yolk contains 5 grams of fat and egg white contains 0 gram of fat. Egg yolk contains 211 mg cholesterol and egg white contains 0 gram of cholesterol. That's why i like to have a 4 egg whites in breakfast.
