Perfect Dinner

PERFECT DINNER

Dinner is a meal which has more importance than breakfast and lunch. Breakfast also has importance but dinner is consider as a main meal of the day. The word dinner comes from the old french "disner".
Firstly we should to understand is the dinner is important for us and the answer is yes because it is the main meal of the day and it charges you.
Secondly we should to understand what is the perfect time of  dinner. According to the science and doctors we must have to eat dinner from 7 pm to 8 pm max because your stomach needs at least 3 to 4 hours to digest it before going to bed or rest. If you eat dinner at late night and some hangouts with friends on dinner party it will disturbs your body routine and the result is you will face digestion problems and the food will make fat inside your body.
Third and the most important point is what to eat.... I am writing this blog for the purpose of loss weight according to the goal. You need to take chicken breast boiled / fish.... with black pepper and lemon only. Please not that you have no permission to use salt and spices the reason behind is salt stores water in your body and spices makes difficulties and take time to digest it. Chicken breast and fish is a good source of protein with no fat. I recommend this dinner to my fellows but they failed to apply in our life. I am just saying apply this dinner in your life and check results when you will get some results you will like this dinner and hate others. Please note that you can take a cup of black coffee and green tea with milk and sugars which helps us to fasten our digest system and also helps to reduce weight. You can also use a glass of lemon water without sugar.
